Your Questions, Answered: Everything You Need to Know!
What’s the difference between coaching and a consultation?
A consultation is a one-time session designed to help you gain clarity on specific challenges or goals. We’ll discuss your current situation, explore areas where you're seeking support, and outline actionable steps you can take immediately. Think of it as a jumpstart to identify your needs and see if ongoing coaching is the right fit for you.
How do I get started, and what’s the booking process?
Getting started is easy! Visit the "Work With Me" tab on the website, which will take you to my Acuity page to schedule a session. If you're unsure which package is right for you, book a discovery call so we can discuss your goals and find the best fit.
What can I expect from working with a coach?
Working with a coach provides structured support, accountability, and guidance tailored to your unique goals. We’ll break down your objectives into manageable steps, work through challenges, and celebrate wins along the way.
How do I know if I need Coaching to "reclaim my rhythm"?
This is self-development 2.0..lol If you feel scattered, overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you're living life on autopilot... that's a sign your natural rhythm has been drowned out. Reclaiming your rhythm is about rediscovering what aligns with you, emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually, and rebuilding from there.
What is your approach to family renewal?
My coaching technique in family renewal equips you with tools and strategies to help you break free from cycles of dysfunction, guilt, or emotional burnout. We don't bash what was; we gain insight and identify what no longer serves you or your family. We create a personalized action plan to make home life easier, more balanced, and aligned with your values.
What’s the difference between a coach and a therapist?
Coaching focuses on setting and achieving specific goals, building new habits, and moving forward in practical areas of life. While coaching may touch on personal challenges, it’s not a replacement for mental health support. Therapists are licensed professionals who work with clients to address mental health issues, emotional healing, and deep-rooted psychological concerns. If you’re looking to explore personal growth, balance, or empowerment, coaching could be a great fit. However, if you're facing mental health challenges, a therapist is best equipped to provide that support.
